A special day-long workshop working with our Head of Participation, Martin Berry, following his work as director on the Read Not Dead series at The Globe, plus two professional actors from the Royal Shakespeare Company and National Theatre. Using some of Shakespeare’s most famous scenes and speeches, this is a great chance to learn how to deconstruct, demystify and enjoy the characters, language and stories of the world’s greatest playwright, learning alongside RSC actors who perform his work for a living. Perfect if you are studying Shakespeare, love Shakespeare, or just wonder what all the fuss is about.
Our popular classes and courses are a chance to have fun and try something new, and all proceeds go towards funding our work with young people. Bursary places are available for all classes and courses. For more information, get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org.
